I gently guide participants to connect—or re-connect—to their stories, first and foremost for themselves. Each session includes a mix of writing, reflection, and facilitated conversation, and can be shaped to fit the needs and goals of your audience and community. While the specific content of my various workshops may differ, my approach is always affirming, encouraging, and centered on authenticity.
